Tierra Viva: A Lamborghini - Inspired Luxury Development

Tierra Viva is a luxury development of 53 villas inspired by the Italian supercar brand Lamborghini. The villas are located in the town of Benahavis, on the Costa del Sol in Spain, and offer panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea.

If you are looking for a luxury home that combines the elegance and performance of a supercar, you might be interested in Tierra Viva, the first residential project of Automobili Lamborghini in Europe.

Tierra Viva is a collaboration between the Italian car brand and the real estate company Dar Global, which aims to create 53 exclusive villas in the hills of Andalusia, near Marbella, Spain.

The villas are inspired by the iconic designs of Lamborghini's supercars, such as the Aventador, the Hurrican, and the Ursus. They feature sleek lines, dynamic shapes, and sophisticated finishes that reflect the style and spirit of the brand.

Each villa has two floors of living space, plus a basement or garage, and offers stunning panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea. The villas also have multiple outdoor areas, including a rooftop swimming pool, a terrace, and a garden.

The villas come in three different types: Diamante, Zafiro, and Esmeralda. The Diamante is the largest, with six bedrooms, followed by Zafiro with five bedrooms, and the Esmeralda with four bedrooms. All of them have marble floors, leather accents, glass walls, and high-end appliances.

Tierra Viva is located in the exclusive village of Benahavis, which is known for its peaceful setting and its proximity to several attractions in the area, such as the beach, Puerto Banus, the Marbella Golden Mile, and the Marbella Marina.

The project is expected to be completed in 2027 and will offer residents a unique lifestyle that combines luxury, comfort, and innovation.

Terra Vina is more than just a residential complex. It is a statement of excellence, quality, and passion that only Lamborghini can deliver.
